Jade Hiramoto, MD, MAS is a Professor of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Medical Center. She is a vascular surgeon with expertise in both minimally invasive endovascular techniques as well as open surgical interventions. Her clinical areas of expertise include open and endovascular repair of thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysms and dissections, carotid artery disease, renovascular disease, and lower extremity peripheral artery disease.
Dr. Hiramoto earned her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. She completed her residency in general surgery, as well as fellowships in both interventional radiology and vascular surgery at the University of California San Francisco. She serves as the Vice Chair of Clinical Affairs for the Department of Surgery and Associate Program Director of the UCSF Vascular Surgery Fellowship Program.
